The Invitation to the Tournament in Backyard Soccer MLS Edition.
In the middle of the season in the Backyard Soccer series, teams in the top four teams of their respective divisions will receive an invitation to the "Off-Wall Indoor Invitational" tournament. Participation in the tournament is optional.
Gameplay[]
All matches are played in the Pro Sports Arena. In this tournament, it is now harder to kick the ball out of play, although in the occasional case that the ball is out of play, throw ins would be replaced by free kicks a few meters away from the wall.
Stats acquired in the tournament do not carry over into the regular season.
This tournament is single elimination; meaning if a player's lose once, the player is out of the tournament. However, if a player loses in the semi-final then he or she will play a consolation match which determines the 3rd place team. Drawing in a match would lead to penalty kicks. Winning the tournament wins the Off-The-Wall Indoor Invitational trophy: a boot casted in bronze.
